The Customer Care History report helps manager to control all the customer care history operations of the employee, in a specific time.
1. Access to Backoffice and sign in by Store's management rights or equivalence.
2. On menu bar> select Reports-> Customer Care Activities.
In the customer care history report screen, search for a customer in the field Customer Name/Code -> Period-> View to search for the customer care history of each customer and the selected time period.
In the customer care history report screen, search for a customer in the field Site Group -> Period-> View to search the customer care history of each site and the selected time period.
In the Activity field, select the customer care forms to help the manager check each customer care form.
In the Next action field, select the processing methods to help the manager check the handling methods after taking care of the customer.
3. You can export to excel file by selecting Export.
