Create an auto Marketing campaign

Create a Marketing campaign to send notifications to customers via Email, SMS, beBeauty (InApp) about promotions  to attract customers to come to the store as quickly as possible.

1. Sign in Backoffice by Management account

2. Select Marketing

- In List Campaigns> select Create auto campaign to create campaign

3. Create campaign

- Customer Group: Customer group or all groups

- Enter Name of campaign

- Expiration of campaign: by days, weeks, months

- Applied locations

- Campaign type: 

• Discount: There are 2 forms of discount: % or amount
• Free service
• Custom: Only send notifications to customers

- Trigger campaign: There are 2 types of application

• Signed up (When customers register to use beConnect app)
• Birthday (On the customer's birthday)

- Campaign expiration date or no expiration date

- Select Next to set up a Media channel

4. Via Email

• Enter Email Subject
• Email content

5. Notice to mobile APP

Notice to App dedicated to customers

• Select In-App - Open the pink button to activate
• Enter title 
• Message content

5. Via SMS

• Select SMS - Open the pink button to activate
• Enter SMS content (at least 8 characters)
• Select Next to confirm the set up

6. Confirm Campaign and tracking

- Select Save to complete the campaign

- Campaign tracking

• Select period and click View to track the campaigns created
• Campaign can be edited (1) at the action item
• Campaign can be stopped (2) at action item

• Click on campaign name to track list of customers
