Make appointments for products and services to help you take care of customers effectively and manage your store's business more easily.
1. Start bePOS and sign in by Management rights or Staff with Booking right.
2. On the bottom menu bar, select Calendar
Appointment screen appears with all scheduled appointments along with basic information:
- Customer's name
- Service's name
- Service start and completion time
- Service staff's name
2.1.You can change the Appointment Display Mode and Select the service staff list by clicking the icon in the top right corner.
2.2. To view Pending and Recent Appointments, tap the icon in the top right corner.
2.3. You can search for appointments by clicking the icon in the top right corner.
The Search an Appointment screen appears, allowing you to search by the booking reference.
2.4. You can work with your created appointment by tapping on the appointment and selecting the appropriate status. The status of the appointment is guided in detail at here
3. To add a new Appointment, click the icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
4. The Appointment creation screen appears with the necessary information:
- Services which stores are providing (how to create a service is guided in detail at here
- Service staff's name
- Customer's name (with the customer list and how to add new customer is guidec in detail at here)
- Note (if any)
- Service start date and time
- Service status (details here)
- Site
- Time
- Total Amount
5. Finish selecting the required information and click Schedule
The appointment you just created will appear on the store's calendar in step 2.
Currently, bePOS supports you to schedule appointments out of working hours.
Note that the booking number is only displayed when you successfully created an appointment. The booking number is used to search for an appointment.
