Customers have dozens, hundreds of things to solve in one day. Booking reminder feature will help customers know which appointment to implement and save costs for store owners and bring a good experience for customers.
1. Access to Backofficeand sign in by Store management or equivalence.
2. On menu bar> Select Schedule-> Booking Reminder->Create Booking Reminder.
- Name : Enter a name for the booking reminder field.
- Site Group: Choose a site to apply booking reminder (you can select one or more sites at the same time).
- Reminder Time: Select the time that you want to remind customers for the upcoming appointment. Press + to create more and press - to delete previous reminder time.
- Channel: Tick to select channel to set up information to notify customers.
- There are 3 channels for sending remiders: Mobile App, Email, SMS
- Select Save to save the settings (The system will run automatically from the moment the settings are saved)
