How to sell and use Voucher?

1. Sign in bePOS App 

- In Orders section:

• Select icon ^ on the order (1)
• Select Sell Voucher (2)

2. Create Voucher

• There are 3 sorts of Voucher: Discount Coupon, Service Coupon, Gift Voucher
• Enter value of Voucher
• Quantity to export (tối đa 50/1 đơn)
• Unit Price: Price to sell or 0đ if a gift
• Customer: If you choose a customer, only selected customers can use it, if you don't choose, all can use it.
• Select Save to complete

- Select Complete to finish the order

Note: You can review and export Voucher code by 2 ways

• View at sold orders
• Export Voucher: Go to Backoffice > Reports - Voucher history

3. Redeem Voucher: Discount Coupon and Service Coupon

• Select icon ^ on the order (1)
• Select Redeem Voucher (2)

- Enter code or swipe code to redeem

- Then pay to complete the order

4. Redeem Voucher: Gift voucher

• After selecting PAY> Select Gift Voucher method

- Enter code or swipe code to redeem

- Select PAY to complete the order

Note: Gift Voucher can be used only once, the remaining amount in the voucher will be deactivated and cannot be used for the next time.
