How to enroll staff's face to time clock?

1.Download beDisplay App

2.Sign in your account

3.Enroll face

Select Setting button on the screen

• Select Admin

• Select Staff

• At All section> Select staff's name to enroll face ( Staffs are created on bePOS app in Employees section)

• Click to select Enroll face

• Then take 5 photos
• Tick the green V icon to complete the registration

Note: Winking when shooting

• The screen indicates that successful registration

• You can go back to staff's name to delete face and enroll face again if registered incorrectly

4.Set the time to automatically to end the shift

• In case the staff forgets to end the shift, the system will automatically end the shift when it is over
• Select Setting section

• Select Time clock and set the time that auto clock-out 
• Save to complete setting
