1. Sign in Backoffice by your management account
2. Customer Overview Report
- Go to CRM and select Advanced
3. Customer List Management
- Go to Customer section on CRM
- Manage the entire customer list: can add / edit information
- You can export the entire list in Excel file
- Upload the list of customers by Excel file: Choose Import customer and download template in Excel file and enter information, then Choose file to upload to the software.
