I. Sign in your account on Backoffice
II. Select CRM
Select Advanced to search and filter by fields
Click View to display customer list
Setting button (1) to change and sort information columns of customer.
III. Loyalty
Click on the name of the customer who you want to take care of to get customer information
All customer's appointments and history will be saved here
- Log Activity : Store all care activities for one client
- Select the information fields and write down the customer care content and Save to complete
- All customer care activities will be saved and divided into 5 available sections.
