1. Sign in your account on Backoffice
2. Upload Customer List
- Select CRM (1)
- Select Import customers (2)
- Select Download template in excel to fill out information of customers
- Enter information of customers into the downloaded file
Note : Columns marked with * are required
- After entering information of customers into the file, Click Choose file and select the file you just imported to upload customer list.
Note: In the process of uploading the file, the system will automatically issue an error if the information fields have not been entered correctly
