The online appointment helps to optimize Customer's time. They can review the available time in their free time, reserve any time of the day and easily reschedule when a conflict arises - without making a call.
1. Open bePOS and log in as a Store Manager or an Employee.
2. On the bottom menu bar, select the Appointment section
The Appointment screen appears with all appointments booked with the following basic information:
- Customer name
- Time to start and complete the service
- Name of service staff
3. To view your Pending appointments, click the icon in the top right corner-> Pending
4. The screen displays the appointments in the Pending status with information: Accept appointment, Customers arrived, View appointment, ...
5. When accepting your appointment, the online appointment will automatically switch to the Appointment screen with a specific time ...
Note: when the online appointment is accepted, it will automatically switch to the offline appointment. Customers can come directly to use the service.
