The next appointment function for an appointment is only activated when the appointment has been completed.
1. Open the bePOS application and log in to your email
2. On the bottom menu bar, select the Appointment section
The Appointment screen appears with all appointments booked with the following basic information:
- Customer name
- Service name
- Time to start and complete the service
- Name of service staff
3. Click on a completed appointment and select Rebook
4. Select the next appointment after the appropriate time. You can change the time later.
5. The next appointment screen appears with basic information copied from the old appointment. You may change this copied information.
