Note: To send bill to the Kitchen/Bar, make sure you have:
- enable the Kitchen Printing add-on
- connect the Kitchen/Bar printer
- configure Kitchen/Bar printing setting
- configure items per printer
1. Open bePOS app and login your email
2. On the bottom menu bar, select Sales
3. Create a new sale order or edit an order created in Open Sales
4. On the New Sale screen, select the product on the left menu.
5. Press Send button to send the product to the Bar/Kitchen
Note: The product of the order will be sent to each printer as set here. If the product in the order has not been set up for any printer, the system will say "There is no items to send".
6. Products that have been successfully sent to the Kitchen/Bar will turn blue and the products that have not been sent to the Kitchen/Bar will be shown in black.
Products that cannot be sent to the Kitchen/Bar printer may be due to the following errors:
- This product is not configured to print on Kitchen/Bar printers.
- The Kitchen/Bar printer is faulty (due to the user accidentally changing the printer's IP address - bePOS\Printers, due to out of paper, loose plugs,...). If there is a printer error, the system will alert you by sound. To view printing errors, press the printer icon on any order screen. At this point, recheck your Kitchen/Bar printer connection to bePOS and select the failed print to print again.
- The products you add more to the order after sending the bill to the Kitchen/Bar are also displayed in black. To continue sending new products just added to the Kitchen/Bar, continue to press Send button. At this time, the system will automatically filter the products that have been successfully sent to the Bar/Kitchen and only print new added products that have not been sent to the Bar/Kitchen.
7. Bill is printed in the Kitchen/Bar
Note:
- The Kitchen/Bar printer name that has set a connection with bePOS is displayed at the bottom of the Bill
- Order no. indicating whether the product is in the same order and the number of times the product was added to that order (eg: S4-1: 1st S4 order, S4-2: 2nd S4 order).
