1. Start bePOS and log in by Management Rights.
2. On the bottom menu bar, select Sales
3. The order you have sent to the kitchen is displayed under Open Sales. Click on the order to update/edit.
Notes: Products that have been sent to the Kitchen/Bar are shown in blue
4. Select the product you want to void to open the product details box
5. On the product detail box, click the icon to void the item
6. The system displays Void - Product Name box. This box displays the Void Reasons (which is predefined by you as instructed at here) and the quantity of products you want to void.
Notes:
- The quantity you want to cancel of 1 product can only be less than or equal to the quantity of products that you have sent to the Kitchen/Bar.
- If before sending the order to the Kitchen/Bar, you update the quantity of the product by tapping on the product multiple times, you can only void the products one by one after sending the order to the Kitchen/Bar.
- If before sending the order to the Kitchen/Bar, you update the product quantity by opening the product details box and changing the quantity, you can choose the number of products when cancelling the product after sending the order in Kitchen/Bar
7. Select the void reason and the quantity of products you want to void
8. Press Void on the box
9. Voided products show on the order
10. Press Send to send the voided product to the Kitchen/Bar.
Notes: Voided products sent to Kitchen/Bar cannot be edited, only notes can be added.
