Can I configure to reconcile by Location or by Register?

You can configure to reconcile by Location or by Register. This helps manage your store at a lower level which is by registers. This configuration is shown only when you have set up multiple registers.

1. Open bePOS application and login under Management permision

2. On the menu bar, select Manage

3. On the left menu column on Manage screen, navigate to Location name (Current Location) section and select Settings 

4. On Location name - Site Setting screen on the right, navigate to Cash Management

Note: You should only change this setting after you have completed reconciling all current takings for this Location or Register.

5. In Cash Management section, select Takings reconciliation level and change this setting to reconcile by Location or by Registers

6. Save changes.
