How to view Package Progress of a Customer?

Customer Package Status shows an effective index in managing customer and selling the next products/services/packages for customers. 

Refer to the instruction of how to add a package here.

1. Open bePOS application and login with your email 

2. On the menu bar, select Customers. All Customers from all locations are listed here. 

3. Select the customer that you want to view package status to open Detail Customer screen

You can search for customer by entering customer name.

4. On the menu under customer name, select Packages.

5. All packages that customer has paid for are listed here and arranged by status: 

- In Progress

- Unused 

Basic package information with progress is also shown on this screen: 

- Package name 

- Package date 

- Products/Services in the package 

- The number of used products/services over the number of all products/services in the package 

6. Tap on each package to open Package Usage History screen divided into: 

- Overview 

- Usage 

You can view Sale screen by tapping on View Sale button.
