The status of an appointment allows you to manage appointments, human resources and your business more effectively.
Appointment status include:
- Unscheduled (when you are making an appointment)
- Scheduled (when you create a successful appointment)
There are 2 ways to view and change an appointment status:
- Tap on the appointment on the store's calendar. The status of the appointment is displayed with the booking reference. To change this status, you select the appropriate status and update.
- Click View Appointments and view/update the appointment status on the Appointment Details screen. Tap on Current state to change to another state.
Appointment status should be up-to-date and updated properly to create a professional management process.
With appointments that are outdated, the ending status should be Completed or No-show.
