In order to achieve high efficiency in management, each store employee should have their own accounts. You can easily create login accounts for employees as following:
1. Open bePOS app and log in under Management authority
2. On the menu bar, choose bePOS
3. In Employees section, select Login accounts
On Login Accounts screen, you could view all the accounts which are Active or Disabled.
4. Tap icon on the top right corner.
Note: An employee login accounts are only created when the employee has been added to the store employee list (refer to adding a new employee here).
5. Fill up login information for the employee account including:
- Password
- Confirm password
Note: All the above information is required.
7. Tap Create to complete.
