After setting up loyalty program and reward program, reward points will automatically be credited to the corresponding customer after each completed orders. Once a given number of points has been reached, the customers can be exchanged for gifts as following:
1. Open the bePOS application and log into under the Management authority or Employee account which is authorized to adjust loyalty points.
2. On the menu bar, select Sales.
3. In Open Sales section, select an existing open sale order or create a new one
4. On Sale screen, tap on Customer name on the top right corner
If the score accumulated for that customer has reached the given number that allows the bonus exchange (set up in Reward program), the system will display Icon star shape on Sale screen.
If the score accumulated for that customer has not reached the given number that allows the bonus exchange, the customer cannot receive set up rewards.
4. Tap on Icon star shape
5. Eligible reward programs are shown allowing you to choose the suitable reward program
6. Choose the suitable reward program
7. The system will automatically deduct points in the account's customers and add to the gift options (services/products/discounts,..) after completing the transaction.
Note: One sale order can apply multiple reward programs when the remaining points of customer do not have conditional agreement set. This reward policy is optional and depends your store.
