With accrued bonus points, reward programs help you gratify patrons and motivate customers to shop at your store.
1. Open the bePOS application and log into under the Management authority
2. On the menu bar, select bePOS
3. Swipe down to Loyalty and Rewards section then select Rewards to manage Reward Programs
3.1. To add a reward program
- Tap on the icon on the top right corner to add a new reward program
- On Create Reward screen, enter reward information
+ Rule: bePOS has pre-defined 3 popular reward rules
Discount entire Sale: When your customer accrued points reach the required points to participate in defined reward program, they will be discounted the entire order at the discount you set (in % or $)
Discount on an Item or Category: When your customer accrued points reach the required points to participate in defined reward program, they will be discounted on an Item or Category. This rule requires you to select rewarded Item or Category
Get a free Item: When your customer accrued points reach the required points to participate in defined reward program, they will get a free item
+ Reward Program Name
+ Required points to unlock rewards
- Save reward programs
3.2. To search and edit or delete existing reward program
- Tap on the icon on the top right corner to search for reward program and select expected reward program
- On Edit Reward screen, edit reward information (if any) then tap Save or Delete
