How to redeem a gift card?

To redeem a Gift Card, make sure that that Gift Card is enable in Addons section 

1. Start bePOS app and  login with your email

2. Create new order  or the order you created in Open Sales

3. Pay for the order by pressing PAY at the bottom right corner of the screen

4. On Pay SALE screen, select method is Gift Card

5. Gift Card method screen opens allowing you to enter the gift card serial number and and press Find

Note: The system only searches for the gift card serial number:

- sold at your store bán tại cửa hàng của bạn

- created at your store tạo tại cửa hàng của bạn

- created / sold by the issuers associated with you nhà phát hành đối tác đã liên kết với bạn

- when the gift card serial number is entered correctly

6. Click to select the gift card that matches the serial number you entered

7. The system will automatically enter the Received value equal to the Pay value of the order.

- If the remaining amount in Gift Card is more than or equal to the order value, the system will automatically enter the Received value equal to the Pay value of the order with the only payment method, Gift Card..

- If the remaining amount in Gift Card is less than the order value, the system will automatically enter the Received value equal to the remaining value in the Gift Card. The Received amount is now less than the Payment amount, and you must choose a different payment method to pay the remaining amount for the order.

You can completely change this Received amount if the customer only wants to pay a portion with a Gift Card and the rest is paid with a different method.

8. Click Pay to complete the order and confirm the deduction of the customer's Gift Card.
