How to sell a gift card?

1. Start bePOS and login by your email

2. Create new order or select the order which created in Sales/Orders section

3. On Sales/Orders screen, press the sign in the lower right corner and select Sell Gift Card

4. Sell Gift Card screen opens allowing you to record a new Gift Card with serial number, amount, customer, expiration

5. Press Save to complete

6. The Gift Card you just created will appear on the Sales/Orders screen

Notes: You can sell Gift Cards in the same order with other products.

Sales is calculated in 2 ways and can only be calculated in one form:

• Sales is calculated right from the moment the card is sold (1)
• Sales is calculated when the card is redeemed (2)

7. Pay for the order by this instruction.
