Beside product/service quality, what makes your customers to come back is the way they are appreciated. bePOS helps you optimize customer services and manage your store by effective customer management tool.
1. Open bePOS app and sign in under Management authority or Staff with customer management authority.
2. On the menu bar, select Customers
All of your customers are listed here.
3. Customer management
3.1. To search for a customer, tap the search bar and enter customer name.
The search action for customers helps to avoid duplication in adding new customers and ensuring customer benefits with accumulated bonus points.
3.2. To add a new customer or a customer group, tap icon at the bottom of the screen and choose Add customer or Customer Groups.
- Add customer
New Customer screen opens and allows you to fill up all the required customer information.
Tap Save and new customer is updated immediately in the customer list.
Note: New customer is just added when you tap Save. When you tap out of the New Customer screen without saving, the screen will close and the adding action is failed.
If your store has loyalty service, Enable loyalty function should be paid attention. Refer to the Loyalty service setup here.
- Customer Groups
Tap on Customer Groups and the list of customer groups is shown up.
To add a new customer group, tap the icon on Customer Groups screen.
Fill up Customer group name and Note (if any) and tap Save.
3.3. To view customer information, tap on customer profile picture.
Customer information screen opens with all the information:
- Summary
- Appointment history
- Sales history
3.4. To edit customer information, view customer details and tap Edit on the top right corner.
Edit Customer screen is shown, allows you to edit any customer information if having any changes.
Tap Save to complete customer update.
3.5. To delete a customer, view and edit customer details.
Slide to the bottom of Edit Customer screen and tap on Delete Customer.
Confirm your deleting action and this customer information will be deleted from your store list.
Note: Active/inactive function is a good alternative if you do not want to delete the customer. This will keep the customer information and loyalty point.
